2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, Captiva Island home is completely furnished, and
tastefully decorated, in island motif. It's original "Cayo Costa"
design was modified to include an extra-large private sundeck and oversized
screened porch -- each with a very pleasant scenic view overlooking a
quiet and secluded wooded area behind the home.
The home is located at the end of
a street in an
especially quiet corner of the private residential community of Sunset Captiva --
just far enough away from surrounding marinas, restaurants, shops, roads, and
pedestrian traffic, to ensure you won't be disturbed, yet close enough so that
you can quickly, and easily, walk to everything. From our home in Sunset Captiva, if you need a
car...you're going too far!

storage area is freely accessible to our guests and contains a variety of beach
umbrellas, sand chairs, pool floats, beach toys, etc. Beach towels are located
in an upstairs closet between the two large bedrooms.
Parking is available under the
house.
